FAQ

Questions, answered straight.

If the answer to something is bad news, it is still here. You should be able to find the catch before you pay, not after.

Getting started

How does this work?

You fill out an intake about your health history and what you are trying to fix. A licensed US provider reviews it. If a treatment is appropriate for you, they write the prescription and a licensed US pharmacy ships it to you. No video call required for most treatments, no waiting room, no phone tag.

How long until I hear back?

Provider review is typically same day or next day. Once a prescription is written, shipping is usually two to five business days depending on the treatment and the pharmacy.

Do I need to have seen a doctor recently?

No. Some treatments do require recent labs, and if yours does we will tell you before you pay, not after.

Pricing

What does it cost?

One price per treatment, and it does not change when your dose changes. Pricing is shown on each treatment page before you start an intake.

Is there a membership fee?

No. There is no separate membership, no consultation fee, and no charge for messaging your provider.

What happens when my dose goes up?

Nothing happens to your bill. That is the entire point. Most of this category charges you more every time your dose increases, which is a tax on the treatment working. We do not do that.

Do you take insurance?

No. We are cash pay, which is part of why the pricing can stay flat and predictable. You can typically use an HSA or FSA card.

Can I cancel?

Yes, any time, from your account. There is no cancellation fee and nobody will call you to talk you out of it.

Medical

Who is actually writing the prescription?

A US-licensed provider who has reviewed your intake. Not an algorithm, and not a salesperson.

What if I am not a candidate?

Then the provider declines, and you are not charged for the treatment. Getting turned down is the safety mechanism working. If a service in this category has never declined anybody, that tells you something about the service.

Can I talk to my provider after I start?

Yes. Messaging your care team is included. Side effects, dose questions, or wanting to stop are all normal reasons to message and none of them cost extra.

Are there side effects?

Every real medicine has them. The specific ones depend on the treatment, and they are listed on each treatment page and again during intake. Your provider goes through them with you before anything is prescribed.

Privacy and shipping

Will anyone know?

Plain box with no branding on the outside, and a discreet descriptor on your card statement. Your intake and your treatment stay between you and your provider.

Where do you ship?

Within the United States. Availability of specific treatments varies by state based on licensing and pharmacy rules, and we check that before you pay.

What do you do with my data?

We do not sell it. Details are in the privacy policy.
